Terms of Service

Green Valley Waste service terms.

Effective: September 2, 2026

1. Agreement and eligibility

These Terms govern residential trash and recycling services provided by Green Valley Waste Solutions LLC (“Green Valley,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By enrolling, accepting the recurring-billing disclosures, or using the service, you agree to these Terms and the disclosures shown during enrollment. You must provide a valid residential service address within our approved service area and accurate account information.

2. Service area and address approval

Service is available only at addresses approved by Green Valley. Address autocomplete or an initial website result does not guarantee eligibility. We may place incomplete, unusual, multi-unit, boundary, or otherwise uncertain addresses into manual review. We may decline or waitlist addresses that we cannot safely or operationally serve.

3. Service provided

Green Valley offers Residential Trash and Residential Trash + Recycling service. Trash is normally collected every Wednesday. Recycling for enrolled customers is normally collected every other Monday on a shared companywide schedule. Collection dates or times may change because of holidays, weather, road conditions, safety concerns, equipment issues, government requirements, or other operational circumstances. Customers must provide safe, unobstructed access and follow communicated preparation, container, and acceptable-material instructions.

4. Plans, prices, and automatic renewal

The enrollment review screen displays the selected plan, price, amount due at signup, service start date, next charge date, payment method, and renewal terms before payment authorization.

  • Residential Trash: $39.50 monthly, $219.23 for six months, or $414.75 for twelve months.
  • Residential Trash + Recycling: $49.50 monthly, $274.73 for six months, or $519.75 for twelve months.
  • Additional trash bins: $10 monthly, $55.50 for six months, or $105 for twelve months per additional bin.

Plans automatically renew for the same recurring interval until canceled. Prepaid customers receive reminder notices approximately 28, 14, and 7 days before renewal. Current enrollment disclosures control if a displayed price or term is changed before you authorize payment.

5. Payment authorization and billing

Payment is collected during signup, and the paid service period begins on the selected service start date. Billing is anchored to the first day of the month. An off-cycle start may include a prorated first charge calculated from the remaining scheduled collections in that month. Each base service includes collection of one trash bin. Each additional trash bin is billed at $10 per month and receives the selected prepaid-term discount.

By submitting payment details, you authorize Green Valley and Stripe, our payment processor, to charge the selected payment method for the amount due at signup and future recurring charges disclosed for your plan. Stripe—not Green Valley’s application—collects raw card and bank credentials. ACH payments may remain pending while the bank payment settles. Service does not activate until payment is confirmed.

6. Failed payments and service status

If a payment fails, is returned, or remains unpaid, service may remain pending, pause, or deactivate. We may send billing notices and direct you to update your payment method. Restoring a payment method does not guarantee service restoration until payment and account status are confirmed.

7. Cancellation and prepaid funds

Monthly customers may cancel at the end of the current paid billing period through the available billing-management process. Service continues through that paid period unless safety, nonpayment, or another permitted operational reason requires earlier suspension.

Prepaid cancellation is administered by Green Valley. If a prepaid customer cancels before the term ends, cancellation takes effect on the cancellation date and collection service stops immediately. Amounts already paid are nonrefundable: no refund or account credit is provided for any unused balance or remaining portion of the prepaid term. This policy is shown during enrollment and will be restated when a cancellation is confirmed.

8. Customer responsibilities and prohibited materials

Customers must keep contact, service-address, and payment information current; prepare materials as instructed; and avoid placing hazardous, illegal, medical, explosive, flammable, corrosive, or other prohibited materials into ordinary residential collection. Additional handling, cleanup, property-access, or disposal arrangements are not included unless separately agreed in writing.

9. Electronic communications

You consent to receive transactional email concerning enrollment, payments, service status, renewals, cancellations, refunds, and required account notices at the email address you provide. You are responsible for keeping that address current.

10. Third-party services

The website uses third-party services including Stripe for payments and Google Maps Platform for address validation. Your use of those features may also be governed by the applicable provider terms, including the Google Maps/Google Earth Additional Terms.

11. Service changes and interruptions

We may modify routes, collection schedules, operational rules, or service availability when reasonably necessary. We will provide notice of material billing or recurring-plan changes as required by applicable law. Nothing in these Terms limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived.

12. Governing law and questions

These Terms are governed by Pennsylvania law, without limiting mandatory consumer protections that apply to you. Questions about service, billing, or these Terms may be sent to greenvalleywaste.pa@gmail.com.
